The raised brick walkways lead you along rhododendron tracts to a relaxing stream and serene waterfall- a fabulous spot for your wedding ceremony! Pass the tranquil Koi pond and step through the secret entrance in the hedges into the formal Rose Garden. Enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres on the picturesque lawn which overlooks the property before moving to dinner on the tented terrace. Appleford is gorgeous. We did almost no decorating and it was perfect on its own. So charming. The staff was easy to work with and not demanding. They did have some rules about the vendors you can use, but that actually made it easier for me -- I just had to interview a few off a list of reputable picks. A truly perfect setting!
